Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Montreal is known as Canada’s largest French city, but it’s far more than that. The city has been rated as one of the world’s most "liveable cities" by several different groups, and is known for being multicultural, clean, and home to a vibrant arts and culture scene. The nearly four million people who live in the second biggest city in Canada will tell you that there’s truly something for everyone there: from 17th-century architecture to art galleries to a former Olympic park that now hosts sports events, concerts, and major events of all types.
Wander Old Montreal, which started out as a French settlement in 1642, or check out Chinatown or the Montreal Botanical Gardens.
