I think every administrator has been involved in software implementation projects where they’ve had very high expectations and very low performance outcomes. This has been completely the opposite. I’ve had high expectations and high outcomes. Every step of the way, the process has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and outcomes. I could not be more excited.
