Starting at project inception, our project management team works closely with your agency to plan and implement a ledsSuite system that is tailored to meet your needs. Our project managers begin by meeting on site with agency administrators to identify your public safety software goals and customization needs, such as interfaces and feature enhancements. They visit all areas of your agency in order to observe daily operations firsthand and pinpoint areas where ledsSuite can enhance workflows and provide efficiency gains. They then work with you to develop an aggressive but realistic implementation schedule.
