Installation and Training

When the time arrives for installation and training, Zuercher Technologies staff will be on site, working closely with key agency personnel to set up your ledsSuite system. Our trainers meet with agency administrators to determine how ledsSuite will be used to best match and enhance current workflows, and teach them how to configure the system accordingly. They use this administrator input to plan for customized user training, so that staff are trained not just on what the system can do, but on how they will actually use it to perform their daily tasks. Training classes are small and in-depth, so that when “go live” day comes, staff can confidently perform their jobs with the help of ledsSuite rather than spending the day wrestling with a new software system.
