NIBRS

This NIBRS application allows state agencies to provide local agencies with a way to submit NIBRS information. If you're a local agency looking for NIBRS software, see LEDS, which has seemless NIBRS support.

Zuercher Technologies' NIBRS web application is designed to be provided by state agencies to local agencies statewide. Because it is used over the internet, information entered is immediately available to the state. The data is then exported the the FBI via email on a monthly basis. NIBRS file importing is also supported for agencies with systems from third party vendors.

The entire FBI NIBRS standard is supported, including LEOKA. Some additional fields – name and address among others – have been added to allow more detailed statistics on the state level. Recent FBI submissions have achieved greater than 99.8% acceptance rates.

Quick Tour

Incident Grid Incident numbers are totaled. Clicking a total shows a list of the incidents.	Error Checking Errors are shown as data is entered rather than at the end. Clicking 'Show Error' will highlight the element with the problem.
Building Incidents Offenders, victims, etc. can be easily added and viewed.	Searching Incidents can be searched for names or incident numbers.

Reports

Data can be filtered, sorted, and printed in many forms. All printouts can also be saved as PDF files. Gathering statistics is made easy with convenient screens for critera selection.
