Dispatch (CAD)

The computer aided dispatch (CAD) module is designed to reduce the workload on busy dispatchers. Case reports can be easily created and sent to records management to be completed and filed.

The CAD module can be configured to handle many different setups. For example, it can track dispatch traffic for many different agencies, each with a different incident numbering scheme.
