Software Support Representative

We’re looking for a strong communicator to provide software support to customers and perform quality assurance testing for our suite of public safety software products.

You will primarily provide phone and e-mail support to our customers at law enforcement agencies, including explaining software features and usage, investigating bug reports, and taking requests. You will share your knowledge of customer issues with project management and software development teams, and provide input for the efficient prioritization and resolution of problems.

Your other primary role will be quality assurance testing of our software suite to ensure that the features and fixes included in each update are user-friendly, error-free, and resolve the targeted customer issues. As time permits, you will perform miscellaneous duties answering the telephone, making travel arrangements for sales staff, etc.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Permanent legal right to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience demonstrates ability to interact professionally with customers and respond to customer concerns
• Previous experience demonstrates ability to solve problems and make decisions independently
• Previous experience in software support and/or software QA testing is a plus
